The guided selector stores answers in session storage in your browser. Its matching engine runs locally. When you submit a consultation request, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, selected objectives, budget band, family counts, preferences, notes and the resulting shortlist. Do not provide passport numbers, banking credentials or documents in the selector.

We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess possible services and arrange a consultation. Processing is based on your request to take steps before an engagement, your consent where required, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Marketing requires a separate opt-in.

Partner referral and campaign cookies attribute enquiries to the introducing partner for up to 90 days. An entry-page record contains only the page address and attribution parameters. An authorised partner may see the status of an attributed enquiry and programme summary in their portal. Partner notifications contain only a reference; the DH Private advisor receives the contact details and answers needed to handle your enquiry by email or CRM.

The partner introduction form requests your name, work email, optional phone, firm, professional context and message. Do not include confidential client information. Where automatic delivery is not connected, the form prepares an email draft only: no enquiry is delivered until you send it from your email application. Its provider processes the message under your email service terms.

Authorised personnel and service providers supporting hosting, CRM and transactional email may process enquiry data. Depending on configured providers, processing may occur outside your country. Applicable safeguards are required for regulated international transfers. We do not sell personal information.

We retain enquiries while needed to respond, administer an engagement or comply with applicable legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Browser session data can be cleared through browser settings. Essential technical logs may be processed for security; optional analytics, if enabled, are subject to applicable consent requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing.
